Order Processing:
All orders placed on earlybirdandbaba.com will begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays or the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Earlybird&Baba will ship out your order in 5-10 business days after receiving your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which could cause delays in shipping.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping service is required, in that case, UPS will be used. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please be sure to add your apartment/unit number if there is one associated with your address to ensure proper delivery of your order.
If we are unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer's refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at the time of delivery, or otherwise, Earlybird&Baba is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Also, Earlybird&Baba is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping the order to the customer. In cases like these, the customer is held responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Order Tracking:
Once your purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as the order is received. Another email will be sent once your order has shipped, and it will include your tracking number.
Lost Or Damaged Items:
Earlybird&Baba is not liable for any damages that are incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyer's own risk. Earlybird&Baba does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
